What's in YOUR desk drawer, or workplace, to exercise with?

I work some ODD hours, and I have gotten into the habit of exercising when I can. When I can't do the gym, I've discovered a LOT of ways to exercise at work during breaks or at lunch/dinner time. Push ups are easy to do most anywhere, and are very satisfying, but I wanted something more to work with, so my bottom left drawer became 20# heavier. Not a lot of weight, but they can really help you keep in the mode when work keeps you from the gym for days at a time! There are a LOT of exercises that can be done with some lightweight dumbbells!

Resistance bands. Do squats and lunges at my standing desk. Walk on my breaks.0

Stairs here as well! not a lot, but I climb them several times a day coming and going from my office. 17,000 steps at work, that's a good day!

I walk the parking garage on my lunch break. It is 6 stories so when I go up, it is on an incline.0

I work odd hours too, but all my stuff is at home in my room- it won't fit in a drawer. But that's a neat idea. Great for if you have trouble finding time to work out.0
