So the title is pretty self explanatory, what is a MUST have on your weekly shopping list to help you on your journey?

Whatever I'll be eating that week and/or running out of. I buy a lot of different things, that probably looks boring and the same to others: crispbread and cheese/meat/fish spreads, whole milk, meat (pork, chicken, lamb, beef), fish (salmon, trout, herring, mackerel), grains (wheat flour, semolina, polenta, rice (jasmine, basmati, arborio etc), pasta), fruit (apples, pears, melons, pomelo, pineapple, mango, grapes, peaches), frozen berries, frozen vegetables (peas, beans, spinach, brussel sprouts), eggs, fresh vegs (potatoes, sweet potatoes, parsnips, broccoli, carrots, lettuce), butter, oil, coffee... Let's just say I will buy whatever I want that is cheap and delicious and fits into my meal plan.1

whatever i need for my meal plan. Yogurt, milk, oats, lots of fresh veggies and fruit are always on the list.1
-
milk, peanut butter, salad stuffs, cold meat, chicken thighs & breast, 5% fat mince, salmon, cheese, nuts, diet coke are all pretty regular on my shopping list0

My usual grocery bag: avocado, baby spinach, 85% chocolate, Baby Bells (the little ones), salami sticks, goat feta (it's called telemea where I am from), bag of walnuts. The rest gets cycled - various meats & fish, some other vegetables (cucumbers, broccoli etc), and refilling on coffee / wine / PB / whatever else I need. I'm a creature of habit and I can eat the same thing for a veeeery long time, with the odd novelty break.0

Milk
Eggs
Greek yogurt
String cheese
Cottage cheese
Those are staples in our household. We typically stock up on ground beef and chicken breast from Sam's Club, so those aren't picked up as frequently.1 -
tomatoes, broccoli, sweet potatoes, avocado, carrots, almond milk, bananas, and fruit and nut trail mix
I always have quinoa, farro, and lentils in the house, although I usually don't have to buy them weekly.
Everything else depends on my meal plan for the week.0 -
My staples are sprouts, broccoli, mini bagels, cottage cheese, yoghurt, fruit cups, eggs (laid by my sweet hens), pink lady or honeycrisp apples, graham crackers, rice and whatever protein I am feeling like. The rest varies a lot.1

-
Fat free Greek yogurt, high fiber cereal, light soymilk (for me), skim milk (for my husband), fresh fruit and veggies, eggs and fat free cream cheese (specifically for the protein cheesecake!), tofu, white wheat bread.
But that's just what I have to replace on a frequent basis. It doesn't count the things I always have on hand, like frozen veggies, dried beans, protein powder, spaghetti sauce, canned tomatoes, etc.0 -
