March Squat Challenge

Hey, I know SQUAT you need. You need to do SQUATS. For the March, commit to do 100 squats everyday. I know, I know.... you're saying it's already the 5th of March. Ok, so I screwed up.... but hey... start today with me. I'm going to start today to get my 100 squats done. You can do them anyway you want, 10 sets of 10 reps, all 100 at once, 20 sets of 5, or any combination you need to get 100 squats done.

Didn’t know about this challenge earlier today when I was working out but I did do 20 squats...just sayin!

You are welcome. This is the first time that I've done anything like this so this should be interesting. I got mine in yesterday... and this morning.... I'm feeling it, so todays 100 ... is going to hurt a bit. BUT I'M HERE lol.

I'm working my part time in the ER, so I go into the breakroom, or in an empty room and did my 100.
5, 10, 15, 20, 15, 10, 15, 102 -
I'm in. This is something I can corporate easily into my office job and don't need to make extra time for exercise.
Did 4 sets of 25 today2 -

I got my hundred in today. 25, 5 (my boss walked by the printer and asked what i was doing, I told him... staying young), 20, 15, 15, 10, 10.1

I've my own room, most of the time. Some days, a colleague from another city joins me but he's off for another two weeks, so no embarrassing moments People might walk by, since the door is open but I hear them, before they reach me

I will do mine at the gym today and I feel sorry for both our knees1 -

Smart idea, I haven't done much except laundry and getting an oil change now before I head to the Gym.

Got mine in today... in between patients. What a day... my thighs feel so smoked

While I don't post every day, I do my squats diligently *pats herself of the shoulder* I try to make 4 sets of 25, each time in a variation. Normal, Prison, Sumo, with a weight and so on. Having my butt firmed up a bit would be really nice.1

^^^ Me too. I'm only half way there so far.... but ER job tonight, and I'll knock the other 50 out in no time.
