Blood diet

I’m currently Keto and I just read my blood type said I should be mainly vegetarian and little meat. Should I start changing to that? I’m not seeing any weight loss with Keto after 7 months of doing it.

blood type diet isn't an actual thing...
ETA: most people would probably benefit health wise from eating more veg and whatnot...doesn't really have anything to do with your blood type though.8 -
Dieting for your blood type is based on pseudoscience and woo. There's nothing valid to support it.
If you aren't losing weight on keto, it's because you aren't in a calorie deficit. A calorie deficit is what causes weight loss.8 -
https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/the-blood-type-diet-reviewIn a large observational study of 1,455 young adults, eating a type A diet (lots of fruits and vegetables) was associated with better health markers. But this effect was seen in everyone following the type A diet, not just individuals with type A blood (9).
In a major 2013 review study where researchers examined the data from over a thousand studies, they did not find a single well-designed study looking at the health effects of the blood type diet (10).
They concluded: "No evidence currently exists to validate the purported health benefits of blood type diets."6 -
Keri isn't necessary for weight loss and you can get fat on Keto too if you take in more calories than you burn (CICO). You can get fat on any diet no matter how healthy it is. Are you weighing foods and tracking everything? If not, you may have been eating more than you think... Looking at that would be a good place to start.
Again, if you don't like keto, don't do it. It isn't any better for weight loss than any other way of eating. I know I could NEVER sustain anything even remotely low carb.
As far as the blood type diet, I'd say that's definitely woo and no need to pay any attention to what it recommends for you. Eat foods you like and find filling and stay within you daily calorie allotment.1 -

I wasn't successful at the keto diet. I have heard from keto lovers that a common mistake is people still don't balance with vegetables but I am not sure. I had my gallbladder out so I had to be more picky and it just didn't work.
I am a firm believer in whatever works for you.... I don't think there is any harm in trying it and seeing what happens.

Well, yes, different things work for different people but from a weight loss point of view the common factor is less calories than you burn.
So, experimenting with personal eating styles, timing, etc is fine - but just randomly trying any woo diet with no rationale - that seems silly to me.
And not really 'won't do any harm' as it will stop you making any genuine progress.
