    so true. Sometimes we get sot and focused on other aspects of getting healthy that we forget the basic princables of feeding our body what it needs, and burning off cal. It is easy to say I need to work out x amouint so I can eat a large steak.

    I hope to get to a place where I enjoy working out and knowing what it is doing for my body inside as well as outside.
