Hey there my fello MFP's. Well this is my second day on this thing. I'm feeling great already and looking forward to weighing in next Monday.

I hope to meet some great people on here who I can share my journey with, and you shares your's with me.
I'm excited to be here and excited to drop the extra pounds.

    Good luck!

    1. Don't eat less than 1250 calories
    2. Exercise is crucial to success
    3. Don't deny yourself a taste of cake (etc), remember moderation
    4. Find fun foods you like that are healthy
    5. Be honest in your reporting here
