Female Accountability Buddies

Hi everyone! I'm finally taking responsibility for my health.

I'm in grad school so long days of sitting oamd studying and I'm up to just over 280 lbs. I'm 5'5", 31 and need to change.

I'm just starting out and I'm looking for friends to help keep me accountable!

    I really need a buddy! I had lost 90lbs then got pregnant. Well I gained some weight again and need to lose that now plus the weight I was working on before pregnancy- like 80lbs again. I live in Seattle; my current weight is 255

    Hit me up! I'm an RN and do nights... snacks are too tempting especially at 2 and 3 am. I love sugar. Grew up eating lots of fast food and that followed me into adulthood. I am just learning how to cook. I don't exercise except stretching. Perfect combo, right? Lol! I love supporting everyone. Each day you make small positive changes. :) We've got this.

    Hi ! Hope you all don't mind - I sent you FRs. I'm looking to stay motivated in my attempt to lose 30 more pounds to finally get to my goal weight. I previously lost 75 pounds - It was over a 4 year period.

    Hey ladies im 29 6'1 .. im almost 200.. ( this is the most i have ever weighed even while being prego with kids) i want to lose about 30 lb in a year!!! I have my wedding in 18 months

    Hi everyone. I've sent a few friend requests - I'd love to have some buddies on here to keep me accountable and motivated. I'm 5'2 and about 153 lbs, it's too much on a small frame! The really annoying thing is that I lost all the weight before and - usual story - have gradually put it all back on. Anyone is welcome to add me if you'd like. I'm not a mega gym bunny but prefer walking outdoors and yoga. I really have to get back into running too though I'm never gonna be more than a 5k girl! Anyway, hope to hear from you :) Ren xx

    Feel free to add me! I'm 245 pounds at 5'6" and I have NEVER been this size. I attribute a lot of it to being in school (I'm 42 and started school again last year) so I tend to sit, study and snack. I am also in surgically induced menopause which makes weight loss even harder. I can use all the motivation I can get and I would love to give it back as well!

    I'm not sure how to add people on here but would love some friends for support etc on here.
    This is my 2nd time using mfp. Last time I lost just under 40kgs but after my husband passed away last year I gained it all back so I'm back here to get back on track.
