So I eat pretty good but one thing I like is convenient "store bought" dressing and sauces to add every once in a while to break up some of the bland. I have tried some zero calorie dressings that were just awful. I am disciplined enough portion wise so if I am adding something with calories I just want it to taste good. Low calories, Low fat and/or Low carb ideally.

What are you favorites?

If you can find them, Bolthouse dressings are very good, in my opinion. My favourite was Salsa Ranch. I say was because Walmart stopped carrying them here in the city where I live in Ontario but YMMV where you live.

Traders Joe's Sriracha Ranch dressing. 80 calories per serving, but I usually use half a serving. Also, for extra heat, Trader Joe's Green Dragon Sauce.

    Sriracha
    Panola hot sauce
    brown mustard
    yellow mustard
Herdez salsa verde (actually any Herdez salsa!)
sour cream mixed with salsa verde
olive oil mayo mixed with ketchup & a tiny bit of garlic powder

When I eat taco salad, I like to put in about 1/2 tbsp of regular ranch dressing and 2 tbsp of salsa, 1 tbsp. of sour cream. Perfect mixture (to my taste anyway).
