Got my reps in on Flexibility and Tank Top but I skipped the pushups this time and did medicine ball tosses instead... I hate pushups. I do medicine ball toss ups into a squat for a total of 100 reps2

Celebrated my eldest's 24th birthday yesterday, so all I got in was some Zumba & stretching, but I'm back on the grind today!

I’m late updating my workout from yesterday. I wasn’t feeling good. Today, I started adding BCAAs to my water so I feel a little better. I think I’m worn out from work, studying and trying to workout. Multivitamin isn’t enough1 -
