Put it in the recipe builder and it will tell you. You go to the food section and hit "recipes" then enter each item and it breaks it down for you.0

I don't have a clue but if I'm making something that doesn't have the calories on the front I use the app on my phone. If you download it there is a barcode scanner in the add food section and I just scan everything as I add it.0

YOU MIGHT WANT TO WORRY ABOUT THE INSANE AMOUNT OF SODIUM IN THAT, NOT THE CALORIES.0

Huh? From what? The enchilada sauce? Tortillas?
I wouldn't be too concerned.
Save for the tortillas, that actually doesn't look like too bad of a meal at all. Mm, I love mexican style food. (just re-read...ugh fat-free cheese? that sounds awful)0 -

I didn't know what brand you used, so this is just a general idea. You can do this in the recipe builder. I just recently started using it. I hope this helps.0 -

As a new member (like Page) I didn't know about this feature! Thank you. Much easier than how I was doing it.0 -

I agree. Especially the comment about cooking it for you too. Sheesh.
Anyway, I'm glad you asked the question because I didn't know about the recipe calculator so I learned something helpful.0 -

I corrected the amount of cheese, and it still kicks in with over 2/3 of the recommended sodium for a HEALTHY person. If you're overweight or over age 50, it's recommended to reduce your sodium, and this would be more than the recommended amount of sodium for the ENTIRE day.
