Electronic muscle simulator for abs? works or naw? PLEASE READ

first i just want to say, yes i know diet is key and i also do train abs manually at the gym but i was thinking about buying one of these as an aid maybe 30 minutes a day before bedtime just to cut that last bit of lower belly fat. have anyone here ever tried these ( 35 dollers EMS for abs) ?

If a $35 ems worked then there would be no bellies !!! And the equation would emsco and not CICO3 -
Don't you think if we cut just lie down and let a 35 dollar machine do the work, we'd all have abs? Come on.1

They are used by physios for certain types of injury rehab but are useless as a workout replacement.3

Electronic pulses do not get rid of belly fat. Neither do workouts. Fat is inert and can't be exercised, it has no contractile properties, and exercising the muscles beneath the fat does nothing to reduce the fat itself.
This falls under the 'spot reduction' myth. You can't selectively eliminate fat from a certain part of your body. Fat is eliminated by eating less calories than you burn over time, and where you lose it from first/last is determined by your genetic fat distribution pattern. For many people, the abdomen/midsection is the last place you'll lose it, and no exercise, food or supplement will change that.5
