This week I hit my mini goal which I set in jan to lose 32lbs the time I turned 32 (which will be on Tuesday!) at the beginning of March I didn’t think I would manage it, but this morning I hit it!! Yay.
This weeks challenges have been chocolate. Haha. I went vegan at the beginning of jan, and IMO vegan chocolate tastes pretty bad, hence I didn’t eat it for ages but this week I realised it will do haha. So no more for me.
I also have my birthday party this weekend so alcohol and cake will feature, so I fully expect to gain some back next week, BUT it’s a marathon not a sprint and as an exception I can gain a pound back, and I am learning to be ok with that. Happy Thursday everyone3 -
