Looking for some pals that at 35-65 years old that are doing it the old fashioned way. Counting calories and exercising. No fad dieting. Just simple everyday pals I would like to have friends only that share diaries as well. This is helpful to me. I'm on the journey of losing the last 100 pounds!

Well - my granddaughter says I should say I am 12 but truly just a bit over that 65 age group - but also just doing this with lots of Protein meals, some fat, little carbs, no sugar even fruit right now and plenty of vegetables which fortunately I love. Not very techie so gotta figure out why no name is showing - my initial goal is to drop just 50 to start and after will go from there - I actually like exercise just don't set aside as much time as I should...in fact just finished 15 min on the elliptical.2

Welcome to add me as a friend if you like. I’m 36, with more than 100 lbs to shred. Open dairy for friends. Not a lot of exercise, but in contemplation stage with that.

I'm 40 (41 in June) and back again...for about the 50th time....looking to lose and keep the weight off. Ultimately I really need to lose about 55 lbs, but right now I'll be happy with small steps...15-30.....I hate fad diets and once I get into the routine, love exercise!0

I’m nearing 45 and would like to lose 25-30 more lbs. my diary is open. I’m in a much different mindset and this is much more for me than a diet.

I've got an open diary, so far I've lost ~58 pounds. Don't really have an end goal, but hope to land around 130? Currently I'm at 150. I've been wanting to connect more on here - go ahead an add me (that applies to anyone!). My diary tends to be unique because I have a number of food allergies and eat almost exclusively fresh foods.0

Good afternoon Judy. I am 38, with hair that is quickly turning gray so I feel much older! I have 30lbs to lose and it’s a struggle for me because I have a long history of over eating. I am attempting to make my meals as simple as possible so I don’t have to put a lot of thought into what I’m eating. I have been exercising regularly. I only started tracking food in my diary 3 days ago as to make sure I’m not eating too much and I am going to start tracking my exercise as well. I have been filling my food diary out in the mornings so I have a plan as to what I’m going to eat that day and I find that’s been helping me stick to my calorie goals. If anything changes during the day as to what I’m eating I do make the updates in my food diary. If you’re still adding friends I would welcome the friend request.0
