HI,
I have been fasting and now keto without tracking, I'm now needing help from those in the know about tracking, seem confusing to me , perhaps I could follow someone to get the hang of it!

I don't do intermittent fasting but I have been doing keto for 4 weeks. My food diary on here is open for friends to see. Feel free to add me as a friend if it would help1

What do you need help with? I do IF (usually 16:8) and I am on keto.0
