Sour cream and cheddar ruffles... or any kind of ruffles.... man I love ruffles!
Aaaaaand may or may not have eaten half a bag of them last night.2 -
Sweets in general (esp. icecream) or salty stuff (esp. Grooves or tortilla chips).
If I have sweets my body always wants more.1 -
Any type of cheese, I read that it can become addicting to some people! All I know is that I can only buy small amounts of it at a time.1

Captain Crunch cereal. I bought a big box for my husband a couple weeks ago...like a ginormous "value" size...and ate all of it over the course of the week. It was embarrassing. (this applies to all sugary kids cereal....it's why I only keep plain Cheerios in the house now)0

Also, Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi. Calorie wise, drinking them is fine because obviously they have no calories. But I swear, when I drink them my sweet tooth is 100 times worse. I just want sweet cookies and candy. So, I stopped buying them.0

Too many to mention, but peanut butter is king...!
It's funny; while I was losing the weight, I had great discipline - it wasn't until I hit into maintenance that I started having to be careful what I brought into the house.1 -
Chips. Popcorn. Ice cream (when I actually have a sweet tooth). Any kind of mac & cheese.0

Gummy bears, ice cream, mashed potatoes, milk duds, almost all Easter candy. Oh who am I kidding candy is my weakness. I have only had 2 squares of a candy bar in a month though.0

flour tortillas...I'll wrap anything in them...my most recent favorite is yogurt and berries wrapped in there.0

            Frozen waffles.
Simple carb heavy things make me go nuts.0 -
Chips, chips and more chips! I have to say I haven't bought any since January and I haven't really missed them. I don't really want to take the chance of what could happen if I bought them into the house.0

cheese dip/chips at Mexican restaurants, bread baskets, cookies, BIG cheezits0

All the fats! I love peanut butter, trail mix, cheese, cured meats, full fat yogurt or cottage cheese, Reese’s cups...0

Wine, but when I drink it triggers me binge eating. I will eat anything and every thing in sight. Especially chocolate.

CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH I tried buying the single serve boxes and yeah nope can’t even do that lol0

Oreos. Most sweets I can eat in moderation. Oreos are like air and I can easily eat 10-12 dipped in milk. I only eat them at parties.

Kettle corn flavored popcorners. Ridiculously delicious and I could very easily eat a bag or two a day. Cheetos puffs, Chex mix, and fudge are hard for me to control also. But currently those stinking popcorners are the worst!0

            Raw broccoli...Ha ha kidding. Dates.3

Lol, I love the regular Lay’s chips...can’t stop when I start. There is something about them, not sure what it is.

Sugar cookies and the batter at the bottom of the brownie bowl. All healthy reasoning goes out the window.
