gettin sick of it

im gettin pretty sick of myself. ive been down the last few days cause of an abnomal weight gain. i know, i need to eat more. i know. you dont gotta tell me. i know. so im going to try a little expierement. im still going to exercise as much as i have been, but food wise, im not going to measure or log for a week. when i lost 24 llbs and 40 inches 2 years ago, before i got married and prego, i didnt know what a calorie, carb, anything was. i just ate things that weren't fried, obvious bad things, and nothing with fructose or syctrose corn syurps. so, statarting tomorrow, im going to fill my cereal with as many cherrios as i want. we'll see if that makes a difference. at least it will take the stress off portions and cals.

    Atta girl - take the pressure off. Eat right and exercise - calories in calories out - that's the name of the game. Some of us need to learn what is really healthy. Bet you will do great!

    I was just telling someone else that the best advice ever given to me was to stop worrying about losing weight and start eating healthy. You've got the right attitude. Keep exercising and eating healthy and you will get the results you want!
