Why do you need to eat it?
If you're eating a diet with enough variety to meet your nutritional needs, you can replace it with anything you'd like. If I wanted something like sweet potato, I'd probably have potato or butternut squash.2 -
If you need to eat 200 grams of sweet potato, you have to eat 200 grams of sweet potato. But I doubt that is a real issue. You can eat anything you want. If you want to hit a particular macro balance, play around with foods and amounts. If your goal is to hit a calorie target, keep in mind that tracking macros should help you do that, not make it harder.3

Why do you "need" to eat 200g sweet potato.
Perhaps a regular potato?2 -

Pick something else with 171 calories that's a carb with fiber.

But I hate butternut squash! It's like in my barley mushroom risotto, and I would actually take it right out.
Black beans and quinoa and butternut squash? Give me break!4 -
Why do you need to eat sweet potato, and then if you need to eat it, why are you looking for substitutions?6

Then don't eat it?8 -

Why are you needing to eat sweet potato particularly?
Carrots, pumpkin, butternut squash, acorn squash
White potato, parsnips2 -
Boil some carrots. I think 400g of carrots is about the same, macro and calorie wise, as 200g of sweet potato. Quicker to prepare too.1

The question is really, what purpose does it serve in your diet? Are you looking for equivalent starches? Something with the same nutrients? Is there a specific nutrient it's meant to include in your diet?
If the meal plan was set up for you by someone else, you might be best served asking them about what kind of substitutions you can make. We can all go round and round with foods that we like, but there's no way of knowing whether or not it's a good substitution without more information.
I will say that white potatoes would be the closest substitute I can come up with, but if you don't like sweet potatoes or are avoiding them for some other reason then maybe that won't work for you. More information always helps.0 -

Russet potato would be my first answer. But such a rigid diet in the first place would turn me off. I eat what I like, within my calories/macros.1 -
I am really bummed the OP hasn't come back to clarify why they "need" to eat a sweet potato (but also could eat a substitute for a sweet potato?).5

He just came back to cuss someone out and it got deleted, but he didn't address anyone's questions.6 -
why don't you want to eat the sweet potato?
sweet potato is a food of the gods, roast the *kitten* so that it's all soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.
or cut it up into fries, drizzle with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, cayenne, cinnamon and throw into a bowl with rosemary and mix it all up, then roast.
I am v. disappointed in the OP not being all aboard the sweet potato train.7 -

Like a dolt I quoted him to reply and got deleted as well. It was something about how it was for his diet and he’s following a plan. Which, if you’re not going to actually follow the plan, I’d say you’re not actually following the plan, but oh well.6 -

Now wouldn't that be heaven!
Fried in bacon fat. Dipped in ketchup.
Man, I wish I had an orange tater in the house!2 -
I like the "Eat Less, Move More" plan.2

No, no, no. Fried in duck fat. Dusted with a little ground chipotle.4 -

It depends entirely on why you need sweet potato's specifically. Is it a particular vitamin you need? A specific diet plan? Because Mom said no dessert until you eat the friggin sweet potato on your plate?
Until we know why you need 200g sweet potato we can't give you appropriate substitutes.1
