    Most upper body exercises will be fine, such as lat pulldowns, rows and things like that. If you have access to a rowing maching that might also work for cardio or one of those exercise bikes where you use your arms. Good luck and remember to take it slow so you can heal as fast as possible

    Upper body exercises until your foot heals. Have you dumb bells? or resistance bands?
