    It depends entirely on why you need sweet potato's specifically. Is it a particular vitamin you need? A specific diet plan? Because Mom said no dessert until you eat the friggin sweet potato on your plate?
    Until we know why you need 200g sweet potato we can't give you appropriate substitutes.
