Keto Food Prep

Hey all, I’ve recently started keto but running low on ideas for food prep, ideally looking at prepping for 4 days applying itimitent fasting and happy to have the same meal twice a day before changing it up every 4 days. Any recommendations on ideas?

I have loved many recipes from those sites!1 -
All of my recipes are in a book called Keto in 28, I usually meal prep for the week on Sundays. This week I made taco beef, egg and bacon muffins, chocolate cheesecake, cauliflower soup and peanut butter smoothies.1
