Back at it but this time trying keto/ low carb. Looking for friends...I'm 38 almost 39, mom of two and working full-time. Time to get a grip on this weight and get rid of this tummy!!

I’m starting the ketone diet Monday got a three month old baby and looking for recipes that are easy as I work from home with an adult and I have a 8 year old xx busy mummy lol xx1
