After making big changes in my life with diet and exercise....lost over 70lbs or so...still had some bad health news...doc said im doing well but now its time to really serious!! So im a on and offer on here!! Im here now for the long term!! So I ask please add me to your friend list!! Need accountability!! If i can add you I be happy too!! Thanks!!

If you don't want to deal with the keto life, you don't have to. Other than your doctor telling you to exercise and lose weight, did doc give you any limitations?0
