:flowerforyou: Hi everyone I was on weight watchers and lost 38 lbs. havent lost any in about 6 weeks. Im hoping this will make me more accountable. looking forward to meeting fellow losers! advice welcomed. Thank you.

    Hi, I am new to MFP as of 8/9/11. I have previously been on WW but the last time did not manage to lose but about 5 lbs so after 6 weeks I decided that I could do that much good on my own. Let's hope this works!

    welcome aboard!! u could do it. i lost my weight on w.w. they'll be times that u hit plateaus. you'll get over them. just keep at it.

    Welcome to MFP! I've been a member for a few months now, but just started to actually be accountable for my diet and exercise for the past 2 weeks. I'm noticing a major difference in how I eat, exercise and feel! I love this site and I hope that you will too. :)
