12 Week Program Results

Just finished a 12 week training program and these are the results - photos first then the progression of body measurements across the time period. Was tough work, but I was quite surprised at what was possible in just 3 months of hard work.

I ate pretty clean with about 3 cheat days across the whole 12 weeks. Wasn't easy and felt hungry for the last 6 weeks or so, but I think it was worth it.

I mainly did weight training with a small (really small) amount of cardio thrown in.

    You need to post what program you followed and your food regimen, because to achieve this in 12 weeks to me is just amazing. Great result
