Weekly goal for me this week is to do a workout of some sort every single day, either at the gym, or at home.2

3/19 179 Exercising much more since March 5, 3 liters water, dropped calories by 200 per day, slept 8.5 hours (longest in months!) All will be good!!

Doing everything I should. Have really stepped up exercise & have got calories in a good place. Feeling strong! Remembered to use mirror & tape measure this AM!!! Not just the scale. Sides of waist are definitely slimming! Not worried.
