any pointer or tips u can give I would also like to loose 25 lbs in 12 weeks!
Well here are just some things that I do. They might not work for you, but then again they maybe will
-I drink LOTS of water.
-I exercise 6 days of the week for at least 30 minutes.
-I only eat back some of my exercise calories if I'm hungry.
-I DO treat myself to treats every once in a while.

I too started at that weight and have been at it since Feb, but am only down 13 pounds You must be more dedicated with regard to your food...I too work out quiet a bit, but I need to be more disciplined with my food...I think if I were to finally step it up in that area I would see more results! Anyhoo, thank you for posting! very motivating and you look amazing!!!0

What an awesome transformation what kind of exercise? I've been committed since June and only lost 5#. I've been working out 6 days a week for the last months 3 days strength and 3 days cardio...and I'm no where near. Pls any tips0
