Joining my fitness pal to keep track of my daily macros and calorie intake for fat loss. Been weightlifting for two years, been mostly eating to maintain and gain muscle but now starting the leaning out process. :)

    Welcome! :) I’ve done some weightlifting as well, but I’m extremely new to it and mix up my workouts a lot

    I’m the opposite been running to lose weight now I’m looking to lift a lot more to bulk up.
