Awesome progress, way to go!!! May I ask what exercises you are doing those 3 days a week?
Hi I am doing Betty rockers 30 day challenge where I do 15 mins a day and the 3x a week I am doing different exercises so
Star Jumps-20
Sit Ups-20
Bycicle kicks-20
Repeat 3x
Women’s Push ups-20
Russian twist-20
Step Up -20!each leg
Repeat 3x
Donkey Kicks-20
Fire Hydrants-20
Squats-20
Repeat 3x
This usually takes me around 32 mins not including warm up & cool down.
