We're on the down-hill slide now for the month! Hope everyone's momentum is still going strong. If not you still have time to catch up. Good work everyone!

    March 8: 1 min (4x15 sec intervals)
    March 9: 1 min (4x15 sec intervals)
March 10: 1 min (2x15 sec intervals; 3x10 sec intervals)
March 11: 1 min (1x20 sec interval; 2x15 sec intervals) I pushed for the extra 5 secs on the first interval. I have to be honest and admit that I had no idea planks were so hard! Thanks Alzzi76 for the support!
**Just realized I forgot my 1x10 sec interval on March 11th.**
March 12: 1 min 20 sec (2x10 sec intervals; 3x20 sec intervals) That extra 20 secs were killer, but I know I am going to have to pick it up in order to make my 30 mins for the month.
March 13: 1 min 40 sec (4x10 sec intervals; 3x20 sec intervals) **7 mins total so far.
March 14: 2 mins (6x20 sec intervals) **9 mins total.
March 15: 2 mins (6x20 sec intervals) **11 mins total.
March 16: 2 mins (6x20 sec intervals) **13 mins total.
March 17: 2 mins (6x20 sec intervals) **15 mins total.
March 18: NCAA tourney rest day...(Go Heels!)
March 19: 1 min (3x20 sec intervals) **16 mins total.
March 20: (No planks today. Day spent at hospital welcoming 1st grandchild. She is beautiful!!!)
March 21: 1 min (3x20 sec intervals) **17 mins total.

    3/8: 5 minutes mixed (knee)
    3/9: -
3/10: 5 minutes mixed (knee and full extension)
3/11: 2 minutes mixed (full extension)
    3/12: 1 minute mixed
    3/13: -
3/14: 5 minutes mixed (first time trying rotating and reverse planks - fun!)
    3/15: 4:40 minutes mixed
    3/16: 4 minutes mixed
    3/17: -
3/18: 5 minutes mixed (3 minutes of rotating planks! This might be my new favorite thing. I need to work out a better timing system, though.)
    3/19: 5 minutes mixed
    3/20: -
    3/21: 5 minutes mixed

Total for March: 60 minutes, 40 seconds

After my three minute rotating last Sunday, I decided to give a full five minute a try. I did break form briefly to get into and out of the reverse plank, but otherwise I largely held form the whole time! I've been feeling pretty great physically the last couple of weeks - I'm going to credit the lifting program I started at the beginning of the month, along with adding some glute activation stretches along with the planks. I went to see a sports chiropractor yesterday and got some additional stretches to help with my on-again-off-again knee pain - it was definitely a good decision to finally go.

I know I am late to the game but I want to see if I can do a forearm plank every day until the end of March. Better late than never. If I can do this I can join more fully in April.

I have some neck issues so we will see how this goes. All I can do is try.

    March 22 - 20 seconds

Great! The hard work does pay off eventually! Sometimes it doesn't seem that way but it does. Glad it's going better for you, and congrats on the 5 minute plank!

I'm joining in late -- I'd already done some planks earlier in the month but I hadn't been counting. So if I consider today as my starting point, I would have to do 6 minutes of planks a day to reach 60 before April. I'm not sure I've ever done 6 minutes of planks in a single day...and certainly not 6 minutes every day for 10 days in a row....but I'll take on the challenge and give it my best!

I have never even heard of a reverse plank before, you guys are amazing! I'm super behind one plank challenge still, but regardless I will continue until I reach a full 5 minute plank. I've gotten up to 2 1/2 minutes so I think it's safe to say that wont happen this month, but for sure next month. Still trying to see how many I can get in this month though, still hopeful I can make it to 60, no more rest days though obviously.

    March 8, 3 x 45 second planks
    March 9, 3 x 60 second planks
    March 10, 2 x 60 second planks
March 11, Rest (Not planned, forgot)
    March 12, 2 x 60 second planks & 1 X 90 second plank
    March 13, 2 x 60 second planks & 1 X 90 second plank
    March 14, 2 x 60 second side planks & 1 X 60 second (regular) plank
    March 15, Rest
    March 16, 2 x 60 second planks & 1 X 90 second plank
    March 17, Rest
    March 18, Rest
    March 19. 1 X 90 second plank
    March 20, 1 X 120 second plank & 4 X 60 second (side) planks
    March 21 1 X 60 second plank
    March 22 1 X 120 second plank
    March 23 1 X 150 second plank & 1 X 90 second plank
    =35 minutes and 25 seconds
