After putting on almost 30lbs since moving to Rome, I’m 6lbs away from a healthy BMI! Excited to get there again.14

Go back into 150s. I am 161 lbs now. Few more lbs to be where i was at after postpartum.6

Get to onderland , I am about 5 pounds away and have been stuck here for ages, the last time I was in wonderland I was 12 years old!

My dads Wedding is coming up in June and I am trying to at least lose around 25 to 30 pounds before June 14th of this year so here is to hoping, shoot, even just losing a decent amount of inches all over would be nice to fit into a dress too!7

Officially overweight for my height (5'8")! I've been around 196 for almost a week now, so it's official!13 -
I met my first mini goal which was to get under 11 stone by Paddys weekend (under 154lbs) I weighed in on the 16th March at 153.8lbs, so just made it!
Next goal is that summer holidays are in 6 weeks, so I would love to get to 10 stone 7lbs (147lbs). I think that's gonna be difficult to reach but I'll keep doing what I'm doing and once I'm less going away than what I am, I'll be happy with that!7 -
Goals
Get into the 230s (almost there. Currently at 241.2)
50 pounds lost (15 pounds to go)
Wear a size 16 comfortably (I can wear some but not the jeans)
Get below 220 (I seem to get stuck on that number when losing weight and never seem to get below it) I vow this time will be different.
Get into a size 14 or below (have never been below a size 15)
Be much more fit by the time I go on vacation in June.

My goal is to lose 3.6 more pounds to get to a 15% loss of body weight. Hoping to get there in 2 weeks.7

I have 6months to get to a BMI of 35 (i'm at 45 now) so I can have a very needed operation.

I bought this dress on the weekend that is one size too small right now. BUT the look on my fiances face when I put it on has inspired me!
I want to fit it before he comes home again (he's gone three weeks every month). Not sure 6lbs will be enough to get into it but I'm going to try!9 -
Test date for the police academy is May 9th.
I have cut my mile run for 12 mins to 10 mins in a month.
Goal is to complete the 1.5 mile run in 14 minutes to qualify.

Daughter's graduation in 80 days. Don't want to be the fat mom. Not going to be skinny, but a 20lb loss will sure help!! That's a whole dress size I think?5

It was getting back into the 130s, which I weighed in at 139 yesterday(yay!) so now it's fitting into this pair of jeans I have that are a little too snug. I'm also trying to do the blogilates workout calendar for a full month.1

These are both my goals as well, except that I'm still working toward the 139, and the jeans aren't just too snug they don't quite button yet. I guess that makes you my role model1 -

I'm tantalisingly close to being under 16 stone for the first time in years. I think I can lose the next 3lbs before 3rd April. Very achievable I think, so long as I stick to the plan!
My next goal is to lose enough inches around my waist so that I don't have to agonise over whether or not the seat belt on the plane will do up when I go on holiday in October ☺️7 -

Fitting back into my size 8 high waisted jeans. When I bought them in 2015 I used to weigh about 145, gained back about 20 naturally over a couple years but could still fit into them, then gained 20 more after one very rough year and now I can barely squeeze into them. I just want my jeans back on my body4

I'm turning 60 in August, and want to look 50. Ha ha, really just want to be healthier at that time.8

After 9 hard weeks of working out hard and counting calories, I'm down 7.2 pounds!!!! I'm also now a size L/12 pants. I'm so happy that I've lost weight and was still able to eat what I want using calorie counting!10

I've never considered making mini goals and I must admit it makes a lot of sense. Instead of stressing over the 'all this weight' I have to lose I can instead look at it in 10's. So, my mini goal is to get to the 70's. They say the 70's was a great decade. Peace and Love.5

On Sunday I put my Fitbit back on and started tracking food again. Long term I would like to lose ~20 lbs. My mini goal is to track honestly for a full week and get 30 mins of exercise 5 days this week. My week “ends” on Sunday and I’m on my way! PS: I really like this mini-goal idea!5
