Today had an NSV. I’m stood in the mirror tensing up my wobbly bit as you do lol and I noticed all the dimples in my bum have gone even when squeezed tight so squats do work lol keep it going guys xx

    Wow... I need to know what an NSV is.... nothing I think of makes any sense.

    NSV = Non Scale Victory - a victory/progress that does not depend on the numbers on the scale.

    Oh my, these are hilarious! Although your first one could apply, as "non-scale victories" are usually ones we tend to keep to ourselves in real life.
