Help! I've realized I'm drinking over 100 calories worth of coffee creamer every morning. Do any of you know of some low-calorie creamers that would be better? Cause let's be honest - I need my coffee, and I need it to taste like it has creamer in it.
thanks all!

I stir a serving of chocolate whey protein into my coffee. I have been doing this the last couple of weeks, and I feel like it really makes a difference. For one, no more coffee creamer. Plus, it's 24g of protein which curbs my appetite against snacking here and there later in the day.
***Note: You have to be careful about how you add it or you will get a disgusting, lumpy mess. Pour the coffee into the mug first, and then slowly pour the protein powder in while stirring constantly.
It tastes like a "poor man's mocha," similar to pouring in a hot cocoa packet but without all the sugar. I hope this is helpful for you! I haven't touched the coffee creamer in my fridge since switching over.3 -
Well, I'm one of those who likes coffee-flavored creamer LOL, but still "need" my coffee in the morning.
My compromise between the flavored creamers (yum, but hella calories) and nothing is a generous serving of fat free half and half and splenda (the only time I use artificial sweeteners). Oh, and use decent coffee, too.
It's still not calorie free, but it's about half the calories of the flavored creamers I was using.
I've tried using almond milk and other such alternatives, and they were just too "weak" for my tastes.1 -

Do you use non dairy, flavored or dairy creamers? Non dairy 1 tbs is about 30 calories. The liquid flavored ones are higher in calories but doesn’t get my coffee creamier enough. For flavored coffee taste I use the sugar free liquid syrups the non dairy. Or buy the flavored coffee I like. Good luck!!
