            I hope that everyone is having a good Thursday! Closer to Friday

I've decided to use Connect as a blog, I feel really motivated to follow a path that leads me to being as fit as possible.
My goals are to try and become more tone and maybe lose a little weight. I've been following the plan for two weeks now and want to continue to do so. Are there any members who are trying to lose 10-15 lbs on here? Have you seen success? what are some things that helped you reach your goals? What tips can you offer? I originally lost 45 poounds, I went from 175 to 130, I maintained my weight in the 130's for a long time, and my weight went up in the past year or two to 145. I have set up a goal to try and get a flat belly or lose 7-10 pounds. Other than that, I just feel motivated to workout harder, and train better. Anyone who would like to join me in this journey, please follow my posts.
 So far today, for breakfast I had a protein shake (almond milk, protein, dynamic greens, 1/4 of a bananna, 15 almonds). Then at 10:00 I had 3 egg whites that I scrambled with Pam Spray, 1 tablespoon of cheddar cheese, and so far a bottle of water. For lunch I have zuchini, chick peas, brown rice . After that, if I get hungry, I'm going to have a protein shake. I'm meeting my cousins for dinner today at a thai place, so I am thinking I am going to stick to chicken and vegetables OR shrimp and vegetables. My work out today was shoulders and cardio… This is what I did:

1. Overhead Shoulder Press (3X12)@10 lbs
2. Shoulder (Straight Lift) (3X12) @ 7.5 lbs
3. Lateral Raise (3X12)@7.5 lbs
4. Seated Bent Over Dumbell Press (3X12) @ 15 lbs
5. Jumping Jacks (3 sets of 20)
6. Crunches (2 sets of 10)
