Hello Everyone!
Would anyone suggest buying a waist trainer? I've read a lot of contradicting material on it.. wasn't sure if I should buy one or not and if it is useful...

Does nothing. Waist trainers are a waste of hard earned money.4

If the "contradicting information" primarily comes from people trying to sell you one, it's not a good sign.4

I got one for free so I have one4

I imagine it would be like the Kayan neck coils of the Padaung women. If worn 24/7 for your while life, I'm sure it would work... and then your core would be incredibly weak and you couldn't walk without it.4

I've got one and I hate it and never wear it. Terribly uncomfortable0

It's only useful for making your wallet lighter from the money you waste on it.5

My cousin is a nurse and a trainer and she suggested one from Kaior Fitness just while working out. I bought one and I love it! It’s definitely not uncomfortable and it wasn’t costly. It’s also DEF not a lace up waist shaper that is meant to wear all day.12

Heating up the core doesn't do anything for weight loss...6 -

So the hard training you have putting in has nothing to do with “waist trainer”. Give yourself some credit.7
