Please Help! How Many Calories Am I Supposed to Consume?

Im 5'7
29 years old
170lbs
Sedentary(I dont exercise and have a desk job)
According to my fitbit I barely get 3k steps daily.

Im trying to simply lose 10lbs. Im following the Keto diet now.

I just want to know how MANY CALORIES AM I SUPPOSED TO CONSUME TO LOSE THE 10lbs?

    Doesn't MFP automatically update calorie goal when you enter in your new weight loss? I haven't lost much weight yet so no change but I thought it did? :blush:

    you are *literally* on an app that does these calculations for you. That is one of the main functions of MFP. So, follow all above advice. Because of your stats, I would recommend a 0.5 lbs loss per week.
