I'm new and extremely motivated to be healthy! I usually lose motivation easily so hopefully I can stay on top of it this time and get the results I want!

Welcome to MFP! I to normally lose motivation quickly, but this time around I'm not, thankfully! I have not been on MFP very long, but have been exercising for 73 days now, longest I've stuck with something! Feel free to add me as a friend.0

Thank you. I've only started again for 5 days so it is quite easy to stick with it (for now) Hopefully I too can work my way up to 73 days and counting. Congrats on that!!0
