Thanx to all who replied! And for the record I totally agree about not being to skinny! I have pretty good muscle tone on me, but I was thinking about competing in a fitness competition & that's why I was trying to reach the 125lb. mark. I know that if I competed, I'd have to get down to that, because just 5-7 lbs. of fat makes a difference when you are competing. And another thing is... I do not take the diet pills to make me starve. because I eat 5-6 meals a day at 3 hours apart, I mainly take them to burn extra fat & for energy. But... thank you all, you've been very helpful:)0
