This thread is to encourage all us procrastinators of doing exercises. It is 10 minutes and such little time, so that is the Challenge...Can you find some exercise to do for 10 minutes? I have purchased many dvds that have 10-minute workouts in them, and I need to commit to doing at least one daily. I thought that since these Challenge Threads have helped me with weight loss, being alcohol-free, doing planks, and playing music and that just adding this challenge of 10 minutes of exercise daily offers will help me feel better, look better, and feel much happier with myself. I feel discouraged when I don't exercise and really don't feel like doing much, thus just 15 minutes of exercise not only will help me feel better, it will help me accomplish more...like my other challenges!!! Have fun and enjoy life....10 minutes is the start!!

Woops! I wrote 15 minutes instead of 10...! LOL! Usually, what I find is that if I get going and just do 10 minutes, I usually do more!

Yesterday...I did my 10, and then did some more 10's....I did great yesterday, even added extra walking and cycling. Hoping that someone joins me today!? Oh well....it is working for me so far.0

I am carefully easing back into exercise after an injury last year, and consequently had regained some of the previous weight loss. Your motivating idea of just 10 min is just what I need. Thank You for this thread. I love finding great advice and hope from my mfp community! This is how we succeed together!!1

HI! Welcome! Hoping this helps you. It helps me to remember that it is such little time of the day to commit to, and I have been using this for when I get in a rut. It really helps with motivation and procrastination.0 -
I have physical health issues! But I'm trying to little by little increase my exercise right now I've been doing it 3 days a week aerobic exercise.
But I need to do it everyday but it's hard for me so this 10 minute challenge will be good on the days where I don't feel like doing anything I can still get up 10 minutes and do something would like to do this.1
