Mine helped me zip up a dress with a sticky zipper that he couldn't zip a couple of months ago, but I am still.not sure he is convinced. Hard to tell, he is having his own medical issues right now, so all.his compliments are based on my being supportive, rather than looking good.1 -
Getting to Hawaii end of May and LIKE being in my bathing suit! Or at least not hating it/wearing coverups/staying in the water longer than I want so no one has to see my body.6

In my Couch to 5K program, I have one run left before I'm supposed to run 20 straight minutes. I've never been able to run anything like that. I'm excited for the feeling of accomplishment.10

These are both my goals as well, except that I'm still working toward the 139, and the jeans aren't just too snug they don't quite button yet. I guess that makes you my role model
Thanks! And you know, the scale hasn't been moving much recently but my body is feeling all squishy, so fingers crossed that at next Monday's weigh-in I'll see the whoosh to 139 (I'll take 140 though) that I've been waiting for.3 -
losing 1% body fat each month. The long-term goal is to be at 20%4

Fitting into a pair of jeans that I love. I only wore them a few times before I got fat again.4

Finally liking what i see in the mirror. It may not be as drastic as some of the success stories posted, but I feel good in my skin right now. Amazing with a little bit of hard work what you can achieve5

I'm working on completing a 30 day streak with meeting my nutrition goals and exercise every day. 5 more days to finish this one. Luckily the completion of this one coincides with a work team building trip that includes the cheesecake factory. I'll be able to splurge a little on the calories before starting a new streak for April. Today I filled up the 4 week period of auto detected exercise on my fitbit.
I just wish I had taken a before and after picture for this streak. I'm definitely going to do so for April 1st and the 30th. I am down about 1.5 notches on my belt and it would be interesting to see if I could see a difference.10 -
10 pounds one month at a time.3

My first mini-goal is to make it one full month of meeting my calorie goal. I'm two weeks in today, so I feel pretty confident!12

I'm returning to work in 5 weeks and will have been on maternity leave for year by then.
I want to be able to look good in pencil skirts and fitted tops and finally be able to get back into all the work clothes I had to give up after I returned to work 7 years ago after having my middle child!! I totally gave up on suit trouser/pant bottoms and only ever wore stretch jeans or leggings on dress down Fridays.
I gained nothing with this baby's pregnancy due to being careful but still had 3 stone (42lb) from my previous one which I've been trying to lose for the past 7 years!
I'm already down 14 pounds from January and hope to lose at least 10 pounds more before returning so I'll feel more positive about going back to work and a little less sad about leaving bubba a few days a week.
I also want my colleagues who knew me before both pregnancies to see me back to my normal self (resting weight used to be 140) and the collegues that have only seen me obese to see the 'real me' rather than the slightly frumpy or uncomfortable 182-187 pounder 5ft 2 me.

I did it! I mean, the deck was kind of stacked in my favour because I'm post-TOM and drank a huge amount of water yesterday but I did indeed whoosh to 139, which for me is also the top of the normal range of the BMI chart so a major milestone that I've been hovering around for at least a month and finally reached. Those jeans are still too small though.15 -
My next mini goal is to get under 150lbs. I'm currently going between 153-1544
-
I'm only .9 away from hitting the 160's, Ive been stuck in the 170's since I started in January. 3 dang months to lose 9lbs but I'm lifting weights this time around, so the scale is slow but the change in my body is really encouraging!3
-
To hit the 170s by Mother's day in May and hopefully hit the 160's or get a close to it as I can by my sisters high school graduation at the end of May.1
-
Competing in the Festivus Games in April.

I finally hit 30lbs lost, and now am less than a pound away from being overweight instead of obese. I took a break for several weeks and maintained instead of losing, which I'm happy that I was able to do and not regain. But I am so ready to leave obesity behind forever!7
-
To get to 22% body fat by my trip to Guatemala and Belize!3

WoW! I did it and i barely noticed I did it!
I just went upstairs to put the laundry away came back down then it hit me! I wasnt out of breath!!!
This little goal feels amazing!19 -
Reaching my ultimate goal weight. It's so close it's both my big goal and my mini goal. I'm also not drinking Starbucks this week. I've been going every day. Extra 1,050 calories a week and costing me close to $40.7
-
I'm trying to get back down to 135 before moving to maintainance. Been fluctuating between 135-137. I just want one full week of 135 or under. Think this might be that week!7
-
I'd like to drop a dress size by my birthday which is just under 12 weeks away.4

I had a whoosh and am now officially overweight and not obese!!!14 -
Get to under 200lbs. Run a Half marathon in under 2:20 Although these may not be mini goals, because it will take a lot of work! 1 step at a time5

You and I seem to have the same goals. I'm at 201.9 as of this morning and have a plan together for a 1/2 in June. I do 10K in ~1:05 so 2:20 for a 1/2 is in the ballpark for me.
There is a running group on here http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/94-long-distance-runners
I've posted my plan there. I hope it's okay to mention it.2 -
My mini goal right now is to get down to 220 pounds. Currently at 245, so I got 25 pounds to go. I got this!4
-
I would like to exercise twice a day3

yup, absolutely understand that feeling. I just want out. I want to see obesity in my rear view mirror with lots of smoke!3 -
Onderland!! I gained a lot over the last 4 months and am ready to be back down in onderland!4
-
I want to create an exercise routine and find it rather difficult at the moment. I am trying to be more active in daily life but would like to start some activity on a regular base.1
