Had my first poke bowl today (a sushi bowl, basically). Mmmmmmm.....spicy tuna!

Dulche de leche I made in my electric pressure cooker in 20 minutes instead of 3 hours on the stove. Still had to let it rest overnight before opening it though but worth it.5

Made a buffalo chicken wrap with chopped celery for lunch with blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping. Delish!10

Well I bought and baked cookies from a fridge pack, so those 2 chocolate peanut butter cookies are so far the most indulgent. However I make a pretty mean beef stew and that's what's for dinner so...3

We ordered a loaded large pizza today. My father was over helping my husband change a hub assembly in our Nitro. He loves the pizza at our local store. I had 2 pieces. . .yummy.0

My coffee this morning.
Illy with 1.5 tablespoons of raw honey and some coconut and hemp oil. + ceylon cinnamon.

Open-faced toasted rye topped with goat cheese, dill, cucumbers, tomatoes, and nova lox.
Today was meal prep day. I also ate a chickpea coconut cream curry with ground turkey and a fresh veggie quinoa salad....today was a good day5 -
