Hello, I’m 21 5’4 and 145 lbs. I’m not skinny, but I’m also not big. I’m starting weight training (would like some tips) and cardio, running. I want to tone up rather than slim down. So I don’t know what I should cut back on intake wise. But I’m definitely cutting down my sugar intake. I don’t want my diet to work against me.

Any tips for running and weight training, please let me know. And add me as a friend. I’m great motivation

    It goes without saying to not cutback but try to illuminate sugar in all its forms, pasta, rice, bread, etc. check out the keto diet. I really like it. Makes sense and reduces the cravings. Good luck
