    Hi, I am new to this although I lost a stone a couple of years ago via slimming world so I know some things to avoid like scones, pastry, butter. I found rich tea biscuit with a cuppa instead of chocolate bar helped. Chicken is good. Also I have an active fryer which helps. I would love to hear if you have any tips too. My name is esther

    I am new and could use some friends too! I've been losing pretty steadily so once we conneCT feel free to check out my food diary. I haven't yet incorporated regular exercise..I'm startin to work on that..
