Slightly elevated liver enzymes

So I recently had some blood tests done and my doctor said that my liver enzymes are slightly elevated so she wants to test them again in 3 months, she also wants me on a low-fat diet. This came as a big surprise to me. I know I'm in no means healthy but I feel normal. I'm 5 ft and weigh 90.6 lbs (according to my digital scale)/97 lbs (according to doctor's office, sliding scale). I don't eat well, I usually only eat once a day and it's typically a small meal such as pasta with butter. I'm trying to fix this but I have very little appetite and I'm a picky eater (sensory). What I'm wondering is why doesn't my weight reflect the amount of fat in my system? Any ideas?

Get some TUDCA or UDCA, proven to reduce elevated liver enzymes.

Pasta and butter is not a nutrient-dense meal. Your body needs a variety of foods to ensure you are getting all the vitamins and minerals it needs to function properly. If you are not that hungry eat a variety nutrient dense foods like fruit, vegetables, legumes, meat, etc.1

This. OP, undereating and maintaining an underweight status can cause harm, including disrupting organ function. You need to take better care of yourself and eat more. Food is fuel. If you are not able to eat a reasonable amount and variety of food, please ask your doctor to refer you to a dietitian or therapist who can help you with that.5
