Hi Everyone,
I’ve been feeling run down for awhile and I want to lose about 45lbs. Just need energy and motivation . Always tired.
Does anyone have any advice on staying motivated? I like bike riding and dancing.

    I agree. 1 thing at a time. Focus first on your diet and give it a few weeks before adding in workouts.
