Hi! Yes, I still count calories every day and I never drink my calories. I only drink plain black coffee and plain tap water. I avoid all pop both sugar and diet. I exercise everyday and I weigh myself weekly. My exercises of choice are yoga, practicing piano, and taking stairs. And I don't smoke or do illegal drugs.

    Hi Gina! I’m 58 yo and so far have lost 100 lbs. I don’t drink anything except water, decaf coffee, decaf herbal teas and decaf iced tea. Congratulations on keeping off your weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle!
