Hi!

Hi everyone. I’m a proud mom of three and 29 years old. I lost 70lbs in two years and now I’m working on maintaining and building muscle. I’m hoping to use fitness on healing my pain when it comes to a herniated disc and scoliosis.

    Hi and welcome. There are smart people here and ready to help. Kids are the best training partners- mine are always up for bike rides, freeze tag at the park, or long hikes. The thing is, they keep getting faster and faster while I get older and older. My double jogging stroller was worth its weight in gold when my kids were babies.
