How can I log my workout session with my trainer . Do I have to put every exorcise we do and how long separately or is there something I can search to help me log it better ?

    Telling people what you actually do with your trainer would help.
    "Workout" means a lot of different things to different people.

    Are you wanting to calculate calories burned or track weights lifted?

    Cardio-> circuit training. There's hard or easy, pick one.

    Because there's no indication that the OP is doing circuit training perhaps?
    Circuits is a high MET activity so would be inappropriate if the OP is doing a low MET activity.

    Could be the OP is doing a cardio workout, or yoga, or anything really.....

    Guess we will never know.

    OP talks about doing multiple workouts with the trainer and whether they all need to be entered separately, which sounds like circuit training (or close enough) to me as well.

    Or strength training - which is half the calorie burn.

    Why guess?

    Well, for a home or gym workout involving core, floor-ex, weight machines, weights, resistance bands, etc, you could use the MFP entries

    Cardio -> Calisthenics, light/moderate or hard

    or

    Cardio -> Circuit Training, general.

    I note that Calisthenics, light/moderate only gives you 135kcals for 30 minutes. Almost any level of exercise would burn at least this much. The two other options are about the same at 300kcal for 30 minutes as would be appropriate if you are really putting in the effort.
