    5'11, started at 320 and am about 207 at the moment (technically 208.5 today, but I had Chinese for dinner last night :tongue: ). Aiming to get down to at least 180 and then reevaluate. Longer term goal in my head right now is around 160, but since I haven't been a normal weight for my height since I was a child, I'm not quite sure what will look and feel best for me and won't until I get there.

    I'm 6' and 241 lbs. My goal weight is 180. My sacred dream weight is more like 165. I got a long way to go.

    155-ish. I'd like to get closer to 145-150, but I think that will be a summer project.

    5'10 and 142. Want to get to a solid 140 and then start recomping for body fat loss. Body fat is so much harder to lose when you're so close to goal weight. :(

    5'10", currently 215. Ultimate goal is 135. Not sure I can get that low without losing muscle at my age, so if I get close I'll be happy. ("Close" is defined as 150 or under because 150 puts me exactly in the middle of the normal BMI range for my height.)

    5'91/2" My current weight is 190 but 140-150 works best for me. MFP gets the weight off but I start snacking and then can't stop. This is the most that I have ever weighed, even when I was pregnant. At 65 years old, it is really hard to get it off now.

    HW 307 in 2007 and have gradually come down, I've bounced between 166-176 for 4 years now and happy with that.

    I am 6'1". I started at 250 and got down to 196 a year and a half ago. I'm back up to 206 and would like to get back to 195ish. I was very slim at 17 ( around 170), but at 50, 195 works for me and still like allows me to eat a reasonable amount!
