Fatty Liver

I've been away for awhile but remember how much I love MFP and the faithful friends I still have. I've been diagnosed with fatty liver so hoping there is a group or friends that can support me as well as I support anyone else with the problem. Working on getting carbs to 40% daily to reverse this thing. I'm 65 year old Grammy in Fairbanks Alaska in the winter and Wrangell Alaska in the summer. ✌️Peace

    i had a fatty liver maybe 6 years ago

    I was told I was leaning towards fatty liver (still not clear on that one, guess I should ask) . Not sure what to do about it. I am also in Alaska! I'm in the Kenai area.

    Get some TUDCA, clinically proven to reduce fatty liver disease.
