Keto Net Carbs

What is the trick to easily calculating net carbs? MFP does not show sugar alcohols, and I cannot see my fat/carb/fiber AND protein at one time on the app - are they ever going to add this option? Looks like people have been asking for YEARS!
I am really liking keto and it's working for me and just want to know what my carbs are without it consuming my day.
Help!

For someone in the US or Canada, where carbs include fiber, just track fiber (which IMO people should anyway, especially if doing low carb) and subtract the fiber from carbs. When I was ketoing I usually ate around 60 total carbs, but 25 g of fiber, so it came (on average) to around 35 net carbs, which is plenty low enough for keto.
I ignored sugar alcohols, didn't consume a lot, and didn't want to consume a lot, so to the extent my total carbs were actually a bit lower than stated I just considered that a bonus/extra cushion.
On the website you see 5 things: protein, fat, carbs, fiber, and sugar are the ones I currently track. (The fifth one is just because there's nothing else I care about.)
They can't do net carbs (which would mean automatically subtracting fiber from carbs, the same thing it's easy to do in your head), since it's an international site and many entries are from countries where fiber (fibre!) is not included in carbs, and subtracting them off again would be inaccurate. Better to place it on the user to choose net carb or total carbs (as defined in the US) entries. That said, I think there are scripts you can add that do it for you. For me, even when ketoing, it was really quite important to know my fiber and total carbs as well as net, for my own views on the type of diet I wanted.6 -
Thanks - I do create recipes using Lakanto Monk/Erythritol on occasion - so would be nice to see the SA without having to go back out and search what the serving breakdown is. My husband eats 50 (he is a bean pole) and I am on 25 - so balancing the needs of us both while keeping my fat and protein macros in site as well is important. I certainly can do the math - was just hoping someone found a simple solution.0

Hi there -- I think this is the biggest reason that a lot of keto folks using keto-specific trackers. We're very focused on our carbs so we need a tracker that calculates net carbs automatically. If we wanted to do our own math, we wouldn't be using a tracker; am I right? Hahaha! Come on, MFP, step it up!

Diabetics need to keep track of their net carbs also, but really, it takes literally 2 seconds to figure it out subtracting fiber from total carbs.5

Net carbs have been discussed here a time or two in the past. Here's a bit of reading for you, just a few of the threads - with many containing explanations as to why it's impractical and probably won't ever be implemented:

There's an add-in for the MFP app that calculates net carbs.

I've used it for several months now and it works well.1 -
